As the designated and authorised signatory from the quality department of my organisation, I confirm that I accept both the above specification and drawing specification issued (and where samples have been received, they have been duly tested and deemed fit for purpose) and give approval to commence production. Upon signature liability for any customer requested change to this product specification lies solely with the customer.
